Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Closed on Sunday AI at closedonsundayai.com. By creating an account or buying videos you agree to them.

What the service does

Closed on Sunday AI makes a short AI video that recreates the choir scene from the Closed on Sunday AI trend with the person or pet in the photo you upload standing in the middle, singing along to the song, and a choir you choose, describe or show in a picture. Videos are generated automatically by an AI model. They can contain visual errors, a face that resembles the photo only loosely, or details that differ from the original scene, and lip-sync that is close but not exact. Review every video before you share it.

Closed on Sunday AI is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with Ye (Kanye West), Sunday Service, the makers of the music video, Higgsfield, CapCut or TikTok. The original scene, the song and the names belong to their owners; you are responsible for how you post your video. A choir picture you upload must be yours or one you may use, and must not show real people without their consent. Choir descriptions must not name real people.

Consent for photos

You may upload only photos you are allowed to use, and only of yourself, your own pet or adults who have agreed to appear in the video. Before each video you confirm this. Do not upload photos of public figures, of children, or of anyone who has not agreed.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to impersonate, mock or harass a real person, to create sexual content, or to depict minors.
• Do not present a video as real footage of a real person; label it as AI-generated where a platform asks you to.
• Do not try to bypass safety checks, rate limits or payment.

We may decline videos, suspend accounts that break these rules, and remove content when required by law or when a person shown asks us to.

Your videos

As between you and us, you may use the videos you make for personal, non-commercial posting such as TikTok, Reels and Shorts. The scene recreates a music video made by others and the song belongs to its rights holders, so you are responsible for following the rules of the platforms you post on. The song is included so the lip-sync matches, for your personal use only; for any other use, replace the audio with music you are licensed to use.

Purchases, videos and refunds

Videos are prepaid units: one video pays for one finished 14-second clip, as shown on the pricing page. A video is charged only when it finishes; failed or declined videos are returned to your balance. Videos do not expire and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except that unused videos from a purchase can be refunded if you ask within 14 days of that purchase.

Prices are set per country and shown in your local currency where we support it (US dollars elsewhere). The country comes from where you open the site, and the amount on the Stripe checkout page is the price you pay. Refunds are made in the currency you paid.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it is always available or that a model or feature stays the same. We may change models, limits and prices; changes to prices do not affect videos you already bought.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
